Integrations

Magnate acts as the central nervous system for your business by deeply integrating with the tools and channels you already use. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar menu to manage all of your connections.

Messaging Channels & AI

Connect your communication channels to unify your inbox and enable the AI Agent to handle inbound queries.

SMS (Twilio)

Connect your Twilio account to unlock two-way texting directly from the Magnate Inbox.

  • Template Management: Create reusable SMS templates for automated Cadences or quick manual replies.
  • Variable Mapping: When creating an SMS template, you can map dynamic variables (e.g., Lead First Name, Business Name) to personalize every message.
  • AI Auto-Replies: Toggle this on to allow the AI Agent to instantly reply to inbound SMS messages, qualifying leads and booking appointments hands-free.

WhatsApp Business

Leverage the WhatsApp Business API for a more interactive messaging experience. Unlike SMS, WhatsApp enforces strict rules on outbound messaging.

  • Template Approval Process: You must create your outbound templates inside Magnate and submit them directly to Meta for approval.
  • Variable Mapping: WhatsApp uses strict numbered variables (e.g., {{1}}, {{2}}). In the template manager, you can visually map these numbered slots to dynamic lead fields or static fallback text.
  • AI Auto-Replies: Once a lead replies to you (opening a 24-hour service window), the AI Agent can take over to handle objections and book appointments. You can also configure an approved template to be used as an automatic initial response.

Web Chat Widget

Magnate provides a native, embeddable Web Chat widget for your website.

  • Customize the widget's color, position (bottom-left or bottom-right), and initial greeting message directly in the dashboard.
  • Copy the generated <script> tag and paste it into your website's HTML to instantly provide live chat or AI Copilot support to your website visitors.

Lead Capture

Automate your lead generation by piping new prospects directly into the Magnate pipeline.

Meta Lead Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Connect your Meta Business account to instantly sync leads generated from your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

  • Page Subscriptions: After connecting your Meta account, you must explicitly subscribe to the specific Facebook Pages you want to pull leads from.

Web Forms (Webhooks)

Capture leads from any external form provider (like Typeform, ClickFunnels, or WordPress) using our intelligent Webhook intake.

  • Auto-Detection: Magnate automatically maps standard fields like Name, Email, and Phone from incoming json or form-encoded payloads.
  • Auto SMS Response: You can link a specific SMS Template to a Web Form. The exact second a lead fills out the form on your website, Magnate will instantly fire off that text message to engage them while their intent is highest.

Email Synchronization

Gmail & Outlook

Connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook accounts via secure OAuth.

  • Two-Way Sync: Inbound replies from leads will appear directly in your Magnate Inbox, keeping the conversation history centralized.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Send emails manually or via automated Cadences using your actual domain, drastically improving deliverability compared to standard CRM mailers.
